ACTIVITIES PROGRAM 2026

1st day

Friday,  June 5

  • Arrival of the teams.
  • Delivery of material and documentation.
  • Hotel check-in.
  • 20:00 - 22:00 Dinner at the hotel.

2nd day

Saturday,  June 6

  • 07:30 - 09:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
  • 09:00 Start of the competition.
  • 12:30 - 14:00 Food on the soccer fields.
  • 19:00 Trophy presentation.
  • 20:00 Dinner at the hotel.

3rd day

Domingo,  June 7

  • 07:30 - 09:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
  • 13:00 - 15:00 Food at the hotel.
  • Return of the teams.

  • Hotel accommodation (2 nights).
  • Meal plan contracted with each accommodation, consult with the tournament organization

€ 40 per person (minimum 18 people)

Sports accident insurance

All players are covered by accident insurance that covers injuries that may occur during the development of matches.

This is injury insurance, not illness.

The fields have a first-aid medical assistance service to deal with any possible incidents that may occur.


TERMS AND PAYMENTS

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Registration deadline: May 15, 2026.

PAYMENT TERMS

1st payment: €500 per team, up to 15 days after registration.
2nd payment: 50% of the total before April 15, 2026.
Final Payment (100%): Before May 15, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1st payment (€500 per team): Non-refundable.
Cancellations from April to May 15: Cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations after May 15: Cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid.
